At Tanya Carder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return Policy allows for hassle-free returns under certain conditions:

Eligibility:

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Certain items, such as personalized products, may not be eligible for return.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Include the RMA number on your return shipping label.

Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective. We will cover return shipping for defective items.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange, as per your preference.
